It was about four o'clock in the afternoon and the sun was high in the sky causing it to be quite hot out at this time of day. But this was Noctis' favorite spot to hang out and sit around, so he would have to deal with it until the sunshine went away. Noctis sighed as a beam of sunlight shone right in his eyes "Arggh!" he grunted and put his arms in the rays way to give him some shade from the light, making it easier on his eyes. He could feel it getting hotter out, but he refused to leave this spot as stubborn as he could become he was accustomed to this spot. He felt himself getting a little dehydrated so he grabbed one of the water bottles that he kept on him at all times from his side belt, he had six total water bottles. He sipped the water slowly and looked around, he could see some people from the village walking around and occasionally looked up at him and waved. Noctis waved back at them sometimes and smiled. Then there was a noise behind him, Noctis looked over his shoulder to see who it was. "..."

Toshi wandered about the Stone Village on a hot day. It was getting to be about four o'clock or so, and Toshi was feeling a bit thirsty. Unlike most who would reach for something quick and easy like water or another bottled beverage, Toshi removed a scroll from his waistband. He looked up to see a young boy sitting upon a slab of stone that jutted out over the small street he had been walking along. Smiling, he turned around a corner and headed up the old beaten path that would eventually wind its way to the boy's location. As he neared the boy, he noticed the young one turn his head toward him. He hadn't been trying to mask his presence or muffle the sound of his footsteps, so it was to be expected. Greeting the boy's gaze with a hearty smile and slight bow, he walked closer and took a seat just a few feet away from the ledge of stone. Laying the previously mentioned scroll upon the ground in front of him, he waved his hand over it. Suddenly the seals upon the scroll glowed slightly, and exploded in a puff of smoke that would reveal a tea set.
"Hello, young one." He mumbled as he went about gathering dried twigs and bramble to form a small fire. He lit the fire with an ember that he cracked between two fingers. When the fire was blazing enough to set the tea kettle upon it, he poured water into the pot and set it up to boil.

Noctis saw an older looking person approaching them slowly, he could hear them from a while away but it didn't come to his attention until they got closer, they're footsteps were kinda loud. Noctis smiled a large grin, his shark like teeth coming together usually frightened people by mistake. "Hello" he said with a little joy in his face, this was someone he had not come across in the village before so meeting a new person was always a good thing for him. He looked at the scroll that the person had and wondered what it was for, hopefully something interesting. Suddenly it started glowing and a nice looking tea set. It was strange to Noctis, he'd never seen someone summon anything such as a tea set before. "..Strange.." he muttered and sipped his water.

Toshihiro heard the boy comment on the abnormality of summoning a tea set, which only gave Toshi even more reason to smile. He eyed the boy's teeth as he sipped from his water, the shark-like jewels bright white against the redish-pink of this gums. One eyebrow arched instinctively, before lowering itself once more. The water within his tea pot began to boil, and so Toshihiro removed the pot from the flame and poured it into a smaller pot. This pot, presumably, would contain tea leaves. From the smaller pot he poured himself a cup of light, greenish-yellow liquid. It was a green tea of some kind, requiring nothing but leaves and water to prepare. Looking to the boy again, he waved his hand toward the empty cup. "Care for a cup with a stranger? Maybe we can share names and tales." He offered in a polite, gruff voice. His voice was deep and booming, the kind that reminded others of what one would describe only as a giant's in fairy tales. This thought always made Toshi laugh, a booming laugh that often only reinforced the concept of having a giant's voice.
