Ryuku's attacker

Hinata returns to Naruto's office after 5 days of investigation of the matter about who attacked Ryuku.
Hinata knocks on the door and enters.
"Naruto-sama!" Hinata starts talking before she walked up to the desk.
"About the attack on Konoha, we haven't found out much yet." Hinata walks up the desk and hands over documents to Naruto.
"Uh...our prime suspect, Sesmois-san, a missing ninja from Konoha. He was born in to the Uchiha clan. A very powerful foe." Hinata pauses.
"But...He got obducted by the Akatsuki. I did what I could... they were two. The first foe used an halberd and the 2nd who carried away Sesmois, was another Uchiha. Not very strong but very fast."
"I'm glad that Oshiroku-san, Mist's shinobi, came to help out. Yet we were unable to capture them."

((Semios is weaker than Itachi. If he was stronger, he wouldn't have gave up like he did. Please edit.))

((Edit what? I haven't written anything about Sesmois giving up. In fact, my post doesn't say anything about anyone giving up. No one has given up on anything.))

The one thing i don't get is why an Uchiha is attacking another Uchiha? Aren't we relatives Sesimos? Or something?
