The Wretched [ Private ]

The darkened skies that hung over the country of water, only complimented the dark waters that rose from the depths of the planet. This gloomy setting had set the mood for a sinister meeting between two equally sinister souls. With the wretched pain of regret in his chest, a man burst forth from the taverns doors into the damp streets in search of a certain someone. This man witnessed terrible things in his short life time, and covered up by a rain resistant cloak, with a large hood covering the top of the man's head, and most of his face, hidden in shadows. With a cruel aura about him, any sensor ninja would be able to pick up his intentions, and see the separate soul that dwell within him. Upon his toes being splashed with the cold water from the streets, he turned his foot and dissapeared within an instant, to a nearby clearing where he could almost feel something not right in the winds, it was only a hunch but he took it. He over looked a small lake, with an ominous cloud just over it. The boy knew this was not something normal, and made his way down the short hill towards the lake. He could now see that it was no cloud, and it was a heavy mist over the lake, it became suddenly freezing by the waters. Tensing up, he looked over to his right, to see some figure moving beyond a part in the mist. The muscles in his body became loose and blood flow hastened, he made his way over there slowly, preparing for some bandit's ambush.
