Description: With a wave of their hand, the user drags a stream of air that can deflect ranged weapons such as kunai and shuriken. Higher ranks can also use it to block other ranged attacks and some low rank Taijutsu attacks. Limits: C: Can Deflect small thrown weapons. B: Can deflect larger thrown weapons, and some small ninjutsus. A: Can Deflect all thrown weapons, some larger Ninjutsus, and weak Taijutsu attacks. S: Can Deflect powerful ranged ninjutsus, and some moderate Taijutsu attacks. Not effective against Fire release jutsu of any type due to elemental weakness.

Info: This weapon can be wrapped around the arm and extended. The two main uses are for the last foot and a half to be used as a close combat weapon, or can be fully extended to wrap an opponent or gain extra distance. Unapproved. You have enough A-S rank Jutsu. Each char is only allowed 2 S ranks, and maybe 3 for Kages, and every A - S rank you have counts as 1 S rank.

Shuriken Ripper is approved.

Um... look again, its C-S, not A-S... I have it at C rank...

It doesn't ocunt as an rank until it reaches that level, it's C and approved.

Talis, your approving him of 3 S rank Jutsu in the future once he reaches the Jounin rank. He has two C-S ranks already, and now another? As he ranks up, he is able to use whatever rank his classification allows him to. So once he is Jounin rank, he will now have 3 S rank Jutsu.

And i meant to say C-S rank.

He'll have to app them with each rank up, so if he hits the limit we'll deal with it then, at this point in time, there C ranks and to be treated as such.

Anyways I believe Neko already knows that, if he grabs unto a more powerful ninja that jutsu would be useless.

Im going to ditch the wind buffer jutsu if/when i hit Jounin. Its gonna be useless. Sorry for the confusion.
