Description: The user will expell from their gullet a large amount of water that will cover anywhere between 30 and 50 meters total. This water will then connect to the user's mind by way of a solid chakra connection line like the ones used for puppets but without the actual string connecting the two. The chakra connection will directly link the water to the user and the water will be able to be bent to the user's will without preforming any handseals. The water reacts to the thoughts instantly and though it cannot travel instantly the water travels at incredibly fast speeds. The water by way of the chakra link is capable of manuevering in ways the physics deny the water to be moving in unless acted upon by an outside force. The chakra gives the water the ability to not behave like normal water or to as well behave like normal water. The user takes complete dominance of the element he produced as well as any other water that comes into contact with the 30 to 50 meters of water that he produced by the way of expelling it from his gullet by using his water based chakra. This takes incredible mastery of the water art.

Description: The user will when completely submerged in a torrent of water grasp their hands together and manipulate the water in their direct surroundings in order to use that water to throw them up and out of the torrent the user is caught in. This has the ability to push against up to A rank torrents of any kind that have water in the usage of them.
