A man dressed in strange clothing walked into the Raikage's office. He held the missing ninja Baku on his shoulder. The man wore a long, black coat with a high collar that covered the left half of his face. The other half was scarred and mean-looking. His eyes were blue and his hair was short, spiky, and purple. He stepped up to the Raikage's desk and placed the body on the desk.
"Collecting the Bounty." He said in a gruff voice.
Lets hope he doesn't notice, or care, that I am akatsuki with a simple henge... Reikon thought to himself, though he didn't show any anxiety on his scarred face.

Kitaro wondered for a minute who this man was. He was unfamiliar to him and probably not a ninja of his own do to his unlikeliness to show himself. ALthough because he was turning in a bounty he didnt want to refuse him so he let the ruse continue and took the ninja Baku from the man. He then paused and dropped Baku's body to the ground and looked in a confused way at Reikon for a long moment waiting for him to make a move or to say another word.

The man's only move was to push his hand into a deep pocket in the coat. He pulled his hand out, two fingers pinched on the edge of a paper. Holding it out, he spoke.
"General Missing Ninja Bounty, issued by the Raikage. Reward, one A-ranked technique taught to the ninja."
With a small spark in his eye, he placed the paper on the table. He then took a seat on a chair by the desk.
"I have done my research, and I want you to teach me a special jutsu. Chakra Sphere no Jutsu, A-ranked. Rumored to be an almost unbreakable sphere of chakra with amazing destructive power. Don't worry about chakra control, I am already extremely gifted in that area." He said, waving his hand in the air. He debated on whether or not he should cast a genjutsu to prove his chakra control, but assaulting the Raikage would be a bad idea at the moment. Pushing the idea from his head, he waited for the Raikage's response. His voice casual, his face emotionless, and his gaze blank.

Kitaro considered the man no doubt he had power hidden behind this and knowing someone of this stature and power would probably be a nice thing for the days to come. He carefully noted everything he was saying and about the reasearch. chakra sphere jutsu...This guy either really knows what he is talking about or really doesnt know. Kitaro after a long time answered. "I will teach you the jutsu once you are ready to learn chakra sphere no jutsu."

IC: Reikon nodded, standing. He nodded toward the Raikage and then turned toward the door.
"I will return shortly to claim what is mine. You may do whatever you want with the body. I don't know how you deal with such things." He said, opening the door. He looked over his shoulder and gave the hint of a smile. Turning around again, he disappeared down the corridor.
Either he knows and doesn't care, or he is not what I thought he was. Reikon thought to himself, dispelling his henge. He ran off toward the gate in a blur of different hues of green and brown. Sneaking past the jounin guards, he disappeared into the forest without looking back.
