Parent trouble they monitor his use and since his email is attached to the account again because his parents dont trust him so he has to use watever means not to get attention drawn

If he is on the site, the site will send him notices that someone replied to a topic he was on.

It's because I changed the permissions, so that not only users can ask for help, but so can guest.
