TOURNAMENT. We'll let Kitaro hold it, or maybe someone else. We don't need anything much.
Although i have one suggestion.
Everyone is complaining about no wars n stuff, so i suggest i become Mizukgae. That way, we can have inter-nation wars. Anyways, i always come online once in a while.
But if you guys want to use a tournament, i agree with that as well.

the staff are each nominating someone and then naruto will pick the top 3 and then the staff will vote
