Missing nin vs. Cloud

.::. Tsumi sat, cross-legged, in the middle of a training area. This area was in the middle of dense woods, full of wildlife. The area was full of high grass, overgrown overtime. Tsumi sat with a flute in his hands, his katana on his lap, waiting for his opponent to arrive .::.

Tsumi blinked and when he opened his eyes Eiichiro was sitting in front of him cross-legged fiddling with his
hair. " So your Tsumi Jidai" he mused, licking his fang " should be fun". He stood up in one movement and
made a gesture with his head. Your move.

.::. The male stood, placing the katana where it should be, on the base of his spine. He then weaved a few handseals as he stood. His hands began glowing with blue chakra, and he charged forward. His palm thrust forward, prepared to leach chakra .::.

"That I am, and you must be Eiichiro?"

Chakra Kyuuin Jutsu - Chakra Absorption Technique

Chakra Kyuuin Jutsu is a special Ninjutsu techinque used by the Leaf ninja Yoroi. After activitating the technique, Yoroi's hand will glow with chakra. When he touches his palm on his opponents body, he can withdraw the physical and spiritual energy out of them. By reducing their chakra, it greatly increases his advantage over his opponent.

.::. Eiichiro nodded and bent his knee's, crounching down and letting the chakra draining hand whistle straight over his head. So he can steal chakra...cool... something new..::.

.::. Tsumi threw himself over the crouched eichiiro, putting one arm out to catch himself and roll away, and one hand down to block an attack, and simply try to touch him for his chakra again .::.

.:::. At least he has a follow through. Eiichiro straightened his legs and luanched himself upwards, dodging the hand once againwell he's probably gonna be better then most other people .. being a missing-nin.

.::. The male stayed focused, weaving a few more handseals. One hand continued to glow, as the other hand stopped. From the other hand's arm came three black snakes that shot forward and extended toward the male, attempting to bind him and pull him into the other palm .::.

.::. Oh sh*** ... im guessing he's some kind of snake charmer guy. Pebbles flew up as the snakes hit the ground where Eiichiro's feet had been a secod before. Eiichiro himself was continuing to jump backwards
while doing handsigns as all the other snakes attack wnet for him at the same time.

.::. Tsumi weaved a few more handseals, and placed his normal hand on the ground, suddenly a swarm of multiple snakes came out from the grass and trees. From tsumi's pocket, he pulled out a Punji, and played a few notes. The snakes then began attacking the opposing male .::.

.::. Eiichiro jumped fowards towards Tsumi dodging the snakes that were snapping all around him, a few got close causing small cuts on his skin but he kept going fowards. When he reached Tsumi he grabbed the flute
and flung it across the clearing.::.

'How rude."

.::. Tsumi said this as his free hand extended forward, catching the flute. His other hand thrust forward, attempting to palm Eiichiro in the gut. The snakes continued to attack as Tsumi jumped backward .::.

.::. As the flute hit the ground, both of Tsumi's hands began glowing blue again. One arm wrapped around Eiichiro like a chord, the other grabbed for his throat, attempting to sap chakra .::.

.::.What the.. Eiichiro kicked upwards into Tsumi's wrist, if he didn't withdraw his hands the force would shatter his arm.::.

.::. When the opponent impacted on his wrist he realized it was almost like jelly, moving with the kick without getting hurt. The arm did, however, fly off course. Tsumi retracted his arms, and thrust his one arm forward, still glowing blue .::.

.::. Eiichiro pulled free of his rubbery grip and jumped to a safe distance this could be harder than I thought, how am I suppose to hurt him. Eiichiro chew his lip for a moment then began making handsigns.

"You are an interesting one, I can't seem to keep a grip. Also, unlike most of the annoying idiots I fight, you know how to keep quiet. I like that."

.::. Tsumi said this as his snake friends attacked Eiichiro's arms, trying to prevent him from using jutsu. Tsumi then weaved handseals, and from his arm came a massive amount of black snakes, a larger amount than before by far .::.

Oto Hebi is a Genjutsu utilized by the missin-nin Tsumi. By using his mysterious flute he can cast any form of genjutsu he desires, though they all revolve around snakes. The most deadly of his genjutsu involves the enemy believing that Tsumi had summoned them into the belly of a snake.

.::. Should have seen that coming. Eiichiro started making handsigns while dodging the snakes. TIGER MONKEY OX ...
The earth under the snakes started collapsing and pulling the snakes under, Eiichiro grabbed Tsumi and used him to pull himself
up and out of danger.::.

.::. The snake disappeared quickly. Then, from the ground, was summoned a 15' brown snake. On it's head was Tsumi. Tsumi launched one palm straight down on Eiichiro .::.

"Your outnumbered."

.::. Oh look a big snake Eiichiro made a string of handsigns and the ground under the snake started crumbling and sucking it

.::. Tsumi jumped off of the snake, unsummoning it. He used his extended hand as a grapple to pull himself to a nearby tree. From their, he played a few notes on his Punji, causing all of the snakes in the area to attack Eiichiro once again .::.
