| She tries to sleep at night
But all she does is cry.
Every moment of her life is bitter
She can't help but shiver.
The nightmares keep her awake
While what is left of her sanity they erase.
She can't live up to their standards
All she does is go backwards.
She hears them talking to her
Both sides telling their own lies.
She just wishes that someone would give her advise
But no one can help her as her soul becomes darker.
She thought that the truth would set her free
But it all ended in a catastrophe.
The blood across the walls forms pretty patterns
As her beautiful soul for death yearns.
Dark earth covers the white wood
As her parents cry and remember her childhood.
They see what wrongs they have done
And to regret, they have begun.
But now it's too late
She won't come back.
It's long since she passed the gate
Now it's their soul that is black. | |
