Personality: Hoshiyo is a very rare Red Tailed panda. He is a herbivorous animal, and very strong and agile. He took after the traits of a Cat and a panda. He has a false thumb effect on him, making his wrist double jointed. He loves to eat Carrots, and Vegetarian ramen. He is never lazy, and works out a lot of the time. Very shy, but is really nice once you get to know him. He likes caterpillar's, and tends to pick them up and torture them. He always carries a bamboo Bo on him that is 1 foot taller then he is, and has a leaf on the top of it. He loves to be carried around by his master, and hates going back to the scroll which he calls prison.

Description: He was born and raised in the mountains of the leaf village, his father was an abnormally small bear, also called a mijetobear, and his mother a beautiful red haired cat, most likely a tabby cat, but it is unknown. He does not have very many friends, but his parents kept them company. He learned the secret art of the Kenjutsu Bo Staff from his father, and how to cook from his mother. He loved to train and practice with his dad, and did that every day. One day, he decided it was time to move out of the house and start a new life, and maybe even find a master. So he said goodbye to his parents and left the family of 3. [[His parents where then killed by a poacher, when he came back to visit he couldn't find them..]]

Description: Hoshiyo uses his Kenjutsu to encase his staff in flames, Because it is made of bamboo, the staff will not run out of fire. The flames, if hit, will start any dry substance on fire, or at least char it. This attack can be weak or strong depending on how much fire and chakra Hoshiyo charges the staff with.

Description:Hoshiyo, for a short amount of time can cover his body in flames, because of his breed the red panda does not get affected by it's fire, and has a lower percentage rate of getting burned. This is called his ultimate because it takes a lot of chakra to cover his body, and whatever he touches if dry, will turn to flames.

Description: By turning the hollow bamboo stick up to his mouth, he can use his fire chakra and blow a straight line of sharp fire at his opponent. This will not go through such things as trees, and is block able by water jutsu's over rank D. It will however, burn and deteriorate things.

Abilities: Able to maneuver Kenjutsu into it without it burning, rusting, or molding. It has three phases, the first one, the one that he normally carries around is green, normal bamboo. The second phase is when he goes into Flaming Staff mode, in which it turns into a red bamboo staff. The Third and last phase is not yet available and will be available when Hoshiyo and his master get to chuunin, The third phase though, turns into a spiked staff, that will shoot out flames, burning what ever it touches. Third Phase makes it 2lbs heavier.

Info:This staff was given to Hoshiyo as a present when he left his home. It was hand constructed weapon from his father, the bear, and put all of his spiritual powers into this. In order to unlock the third Phase mode, Hoshiyo will have to come into some kind of contact with his father, and go through one last training activity. [[This will only happen if Hoshiyo is in trouble and will only happen in RP fights.]] Any Kind of Fire jutsu that Hoshiyo obtains will be able to mend with his staff.

My only issue with the panda is at C rank it only get's one specialty and I assume the staff has no powers, as it has no template.

Could you please register the staff's transformations as jutsus?

Too put it bluntly, i only want one summon, and he is going to be like pickachu and stay out most of the time.
