Description: Hikaru rushes forward and delivers a flurry of kicks with his left leg. More of a distraction than an actual attack then while his opponent is fending off those kicks he will suddenly put his left leg against the ground and spin so his back is facing his opponent while throwing out his right leg in a straight path towards their stomach or chest, knocking his opponent away or into an object.

Description: In a nutshell it would be called a condensed fire ball, but that’s not where it would end. While using the hand signs for the fireball technique, Hikaru will actually expel what looks like a significantly small amount of flame. The truth is that he is condensing the fire with his chakra. Once his opponent gets within range he will quickly stop condensing the flames and with the sudden freedom it will flare out as it takes in air at a surprisingly quick rate and envelope his foe. The intensitiy of the flames is strong enough to cause uncomfortable burns and light clothing on fire if someone would barge right through them unprotected.

First one approved, but i don't quite get the second one..can you describe straight out what it does?

Well it would basically be a fireball that's deprived of air until the right moment. Keep the fire airless too long and it goes out, but if one would release it at the right time the fire would suddenly flare up with explosive force with all the free oxygen it could now get. So it's kind of like a bomb.

Second Jutsu, needs good chakra control. If you want you may train for it in the Training Area Section. For about 350 Words.

2nd jutsu looks like one of the A rank jutsus ive created..
Can u mention the intesity of the flame(not that high 'cause the flame is small).
Also mention the affect it will take on the opponent.
