Walking around Kumo

Kumo had been restored from its old format. The streets filled with the bustling citizens as this member of Yotobi had currently made his away around. It was easy to get him mixed up with another member of the Jounin, because of the huge numbers of Jounin that had filled the city from far and wide. He was simply making his way to the Library, and he could not even wait to find out where his newly ordered book would be located. It was simply known by all that it would be quite hard for him to check out the book while he was still not notified of any jobs that his company ordered. As he entered he sat down.

Hikaru was the usual one walking around Kumogakure, his home, where he was raised. His feet were walking along the ground beneath his feet, his eyes being unamused at the sight of his village. The number of Ninja spiked in number since his father had died in battle only a month ago. It was a tragic loss to him, but it was hard trying to recover from it. Nothing but remains in a casket, buried in the Kumogakure graveyard with an honorable tombstone to feel for the loss. His green eyes were scanning the mass number of ninja in the village that were surrounding the entire thing, protecting it easily if anyone came by. Skilled, highly trained shinobi, and maybe much more. But, he could never shake off he was standing right where his father had died.

WTF, Kumo isnt a strolling grounds. What do you think the Kumo shinobi's are stupid?, that a criminal wouldnt be known walking on its streets?
