| DENIED, the uchiha could only copy a jutsu everytwo months...You cant have a jutsu that lets you see there past and copy those jutsu used to op, and its only c rank on top of that. | |

example. if i were fighting some wacko. and he used the move fire ball. then i would be able to copy it when i touched his forhead. | |
