Description: Originally developed for spying activities, this technique can be done after some surgery and actual body modification. The user dislocates their joints then controls their softened body with chakra, allowing them to stretch and twist any part of their body at any angle, elongating and even coiling around their opponent. This can also be used to make the user's body more malleable and snakelike. Orochimaru's version allows him to stretch his body parts well beyond their normal length.

Description: Kyogi with his affinity with snakes will then began to change into his real form. Which as a giant white snake which is also made up of smaller white snakes. In this form Kyogi is twice as fast then he could ever be, and also twice as strong. But the chakra needed for it is time consuming and he cannot be in this form for long (5 posts). While in this state he is able to use all the snake techs and when he is cut he releases a poison gas that can intoxicate an opponent, leaving them open for attack (1 post). His regeneration abilities are fast and imminent. If someone were lucky to even strike him, it would heal immediately. But the chakra consumed would be great. After returning to his original form his ability to move would be next to nonexistent. He would need time (2 post) to move back to his original speed. His body would be very strained from making such a transformation and will not be able to perform it again (Once a thread).

Bump

Sen'ei Tajashu is just that it will do more then one thing than just attacking. Thats what it means by diversity. It wouldn't be an auto-hit of course not. Just something kind of hard to dodge. And block.

Jagei Jubaku, Sasuke used it on Jugo when he was all angry about it. It may not work so well on a player character but it will do just as good on an NPC. But its main purpose is to bind.

Without giving them the time to react, the enemy is entangled.

That makes it an auto hit so please change that.

I think he meant the section that has all the RP's that take place in the past...I think its called Story Section?

My comment about the true form is a little more increase in the drawback, seems too powerful.

Passive Effect
• Level 1: The user is able to detect a person nearby if it is using chakra. It will be able to tell approximately its direction and its distance, but with some inaccuracy.
• Level 2: The user is now able to detect the electromagnetic spectrum of someone a little bit further, about 20 meters of distance. It will be able to tell exactly where the person is if he uses chakra.
• Level 3: The user is now able to detect electromagnetic spectrum at a much greater distance, about 50 meters radius. It will be able to determine if there is a non-chakra user in the area, although with difficulty, and it will be able to locate the approximate location of a Ninja, even if he doesn't use chakra. If he does or has Raiton as an element, he will know exactly where he is.
Special: This does not prevent however, that the user is mislead by being affected by Genjutsu.

Passive Effect
• Level 1: The user is able to deflect or attract light metallic objects, such as light projectiles. This allows the user to change a projectile's movement, allowing one to not be hit by it without requiring to move, or, to attract a nearby object to be used.
• Level 2: The user is now able to affect larger object, like heavy projectiles or arrows. He is also able to attract medium metallic weapons to himself, such as swords.
• Level 3: The user is now able to affect almost all metallic objects, like heavy weapons and armors as well. If a user is wearing a heavy equipment, he can be affected by this, by being pulled or repelled to the user if he reaches into a distance of 4 meters, a rather small range.
Special: The user may still use each level independently, regardless of the level one has achieved. With the exception of level 3, the user will be unable to deflect a melee attack, as the strength from the person as he holds the weapon will be to great to contradict.

Meimei Jishaku no Tate • [Invisible Magnet Shield]
Ninjutsu, Defensive, C Rank
Description: A jutsu in which a magnetic force surrounds the user, in which all light metallic projectiles sent towards the shield get "stuck" within the air. The user can then reach out and grab onto those metal projectiles and throw them back towards an opponent, or simply let them drop on the floor. This jutsu has a 360 degree radius, so the user is immune to light projectiles for that instant.


Jishaku Konton no Mai• [Magnet Chaos Dance]
Ninjutsu, Offensive, Close Range, B Rank
Description: With the help of several blades (swords, kunai, daggers, etc), the user will create a deadly weapon scheme around himself, with those weapons swirling around himself in what seems to be a chaotic trajectory, although the user is able to perfectly control it. These weapons will have an unpredictable trajectory which makes it hard for an opponent to defend against or even to safely approach the user in mind as it may cause one to be sliced by one of the weapons. While this is in effect however, no other magnetic jutsu can be used, as it would disrupt "the dance".


Satetsu Kaihou • [Iron Sand World Method]
Ninjutsu, Offensive\Defensive\Supplementary, All Ranges, A Rank
Description: Using one's special magnetic ability, the user is able to control "iron sand", special iron scraps which can be turned into several objects, used for both offense and defense. The iron sand can form things like huge 3D lattice work of spikes which can pierce most anything in its path, as well as walls to defend the user. The only advantage of this jutsu is that the user must always carry a gourd with enough iron sand, which makes one heavier, although with this, how fast one moves is not usually a problem. While this is in effect however, no other magnetic jutsu can be used except for Satetsu Shigure.


Satetsu Shigure • [Iron Sand Autumnal Showers]
Ninjutsu, Offensive, Ranged, A Rank
Description: Using the iron sand, the user is able to create yet the most lethal shape of all and use it in the best offensive way. The user will form the sand into small, yet strong piercing clumps which can rain down on his opponent in a violent barrage. Because of the deadliness of the attack, a ninja must do all they can to avoid it, rather than make any attempt to block it, as this sand may even crack through stone.

you have to have this kekkei to be able to use the jutsus in any way
