Walking along the village hidden in the mist

Katame walked along the village hidden in the mist. It was one of the few times it got could enough for the mist in the air turn into snow. Katame smiled happily, TImes like this was when she was happiest. Unlike most people who liked heat she liked fealing teh coldness of the snow against her skin before it turned into water due to body heat. She then proceded to turn that water into small ice objects smiling and giggling happily.

The world was full of the white of snow and the bliss that came associated with such a rare event in the country of water, near the boundaries of the village of the mist. It was an odd sensation to feel chilling snow after so many days of warm fog and cool mist, and it was a sensation most were not familiar with. Though they lived near a significant amount of water, the Mist Village was generally characterized with tropical weather, so snow was not common and neither was ice. Consequently, the sharp eyes of an ANBU would instantly notice the gem-like sparkle of ice coming from the vicinity of a genin girl. He smiled, as his hands wove hand seals they had long since made second nature.

Suddenly, he exploded into a million shadows, each forming into the shape of eerie wings with glowing eyes. They were like thousands of tiny, 2D bats that fluttered and spun around each other, moulding themselves into larger bats before breaking apart once again. The cloud of bats moved to the girl, reforming into the ANBU Captain piece by little piece. His hair and torso formed first, then his legs and soon his arms. His body formed a cross of shadows, his golden eyes glowing from the shadows. As the last bat took its place the man took three steps closer and smiled. His pale skin glistened in the light reflecting off of the beautiful snow, his black trench coat creating a small indentation in the snow that swept away his foot prints.

"Hey there." He said in a friendly manner.

Katame looked rather suprised for a moment but gained her composure quickly. Hell her best friend could grow bones out of his arms. She was used to wierd stuff happening. She smiled softly looking over at him and waved" Hello there" She said noticing that she was still forming shapes with the ice and snow combo and let the chakra fall from the statute it quickly turned back into water" Sorry it's habit. It snows rarly here so when it does i have fun making snow stuff"

"That bloodline has gotten more than enough people killed. Its good to see its survived, however. I do so enjoy watching people sculpt beauty from nothing." He said in a dreamy voice. It was obvious he had no sensitivity for the fact that he talked to ignorantly of the fate that had befallen her fellow clan mates. She was mostly likely one of the few left that had her unique talents, which was amazing and tragic at the same time. Horus mulled over this thought for a while as he began to pick up snow and crush it into a harder form within his hands. He picked up more snow and covered the hard core with softer snow, this time gently crafting a perfect orb with his gentle fingers. Suddenly, the burning cold of the snow reached his nerves and he smiled. It was time to release the snow before he did damage to his skin. Suddenly, his hand was a blur and the orb of snow was flying through the air at the girl. The toss was playful, and wouldn't harm the most sensitive of shinobi.

Katame nodded softly at the words. He did not seem that he had any sensitivity so she would not hold his words against him. She noticed the snowball being formed in his hands and smiled softly. However that was before she seen it flying towards her and she laugehd softly. Not the smartest idea she thought to herself. She performed a set of handsigns and the ice in teh snowball melted into water causing it to disperse and hit around her harmlessly smiling slightly" Hehe nice try"

"Well, I don't have your advantage." Horus chuckled, shrugging as he backed up and took a spot leaning against a massive oak tree. His extremely long, silky, ebony hair swayed in the wind, matching his coat almost exactly as the wind attempted to steal the two things away from Horus. They fought against the wind to no avail, flailing about pathetically within its iron-tight grasp. His pale face broke out into a smile as he looked down upon the girl. Give her a decade or so and she would become a wonderful shinobi, Horus had a gut feeling about that. It was a shame that he would have to do what he had to do. To be left leaderless usually threw many people of the correct path, and she seemed easily broken.

Katame slowly walked over towards a tree that was facing away from his. Her long hair that seemed to be about the blue'st shade of blue that had ever been seen waved around on her back. She leaned against a tree sighing softly" What a beautiful day today"

"Yes, I completely agree. However, it seems that my plans will not allow me to stay here and appreciate it with you." He said in an apologetic manner. Suddenly, he burst into shadows, each shadow taking the form of bats. Once again they moved onward like a cloud, each shadow moving in symbiosis with the other. The shadows moved toward the Mist village, over the gates and into the inner-parts of the village. He was gone without a trace, with only his words left ringing through the area as a reminder that he had been there.
