Those brief moments of bliss

The heavy sun beat down on the small grassy oasis that lied between the many countries, it seemed as if in this one small location all the worries of the ninja world just faded away into the barren desert that lied beyond this small patch of peace. In this small haven was a young ninja who had found a brief moment of peace in his world of trouble, these rare seconds seemed to be what all the villages fought for and desired the most, or perhaps it was driven by power.

The dark haired ninja sighed, what strange moments he was having, an uncountable number of minutes had passed since he had a moment where he could put his head back and contemplate the working of his world and beyond. The ninja gently shifted his body onto a more comfortable position on the hard cool gray rock that lay underneath the jounin who seemed to be entering a stag of peace, he had done something’s that did not fit his personality. For example he had remove his heavy soft purple sweat shirt that seemed to be the sand ninja’s trade mark, now his black tight clothing that was normally fully covered. The black clothing was now slowly absorbing the heat that was spinning onto eh world from one of the few powers ninja’s could never hope to control, the sun. The heat did not affect the ninja who had spent his life training in the intense heat of the barren waste land that he had sworn to protect with his life. Perhaps he lead the wrong path, maybe those ninja’s who left there village to find their own way had a point in life, the ninja who dedicated his life to protecting his village had found these thoughts wandering into his mind more and more often, and each time they took longer to fight off, but it seemed that these thoughts are what kept Pharos so attracted to the village that he had found a place in.


The bliss thought of the young ninja were cut off by hid ever aware instinct, he quickly propelled himself off of the smooth gray stone, and silently pulled out a slivery piece of iron that was crafted into the shape of a kunai. His finger gently but quickly slipped into one of the small that jutted out at the end of the weapon, his golden eyes darted around looking for the source of what seemed to be the shuffling of sandals in the lengthy grass. He pick his body all the way off the smooth bump surface in an almost completely silent manner, his tight outfit allowed him to perform his feat, call it if you will, with general ease. His muscles that were coated with the black materiel tensed as he prepared for the worst but hope for the best, as the sound drew near. Perhaps for once his moment of relaxation would remain just that, and not turn into an all out war that seemed to be the path of all ninjas.

Dawnpaw ran into the clearing in her wollf form and stopped for a bit when she thought she smelled someone. She sniffed the air and growled softly when she relized it was another ninja. She walked up slowly to where Talis was and looked at him waiting for his reaction.
