History/Legend of the Clan: A clan, althought brand new, can span it's roots to the longest of ages, the darkest of times. Always, has there been humans that were warring against one another and adventurous elves and elven like brethen wished to take on these mortal creatures in combat. After all, their ingeuinity was intriguing if not amusing to counter, and it was a strange warp of fate that gave virtuous beings a reason to explore their buried darkness. Always have there been wards and even then, amongst them, those that would take advantage of the darkest of human nature. These elven like breathen, these elves, had become close to humans and began to understand something their pure and virtuous brothers could not, the concept of evil. For there had never been evil amongst them, until these human tied brothers and sisters decided to bring their knowledge to the beautiful Eden that they inhabitated. They were of the dark and learning of the methods of humans, they began to pratice and refine their arts of illusion and magic, becoming something truly fearsome. This irked the ones living there already, their nature simply rottful and unacceptable. But they weren't welcome in that sanctuary, their gifts curses, as the agression grew. Abuse was formed and they had been sent to a lower caste, unbeffiting of their so called genius.. and yet nothing seemed to salvage them. Their resistance grew quietly, until it bore fruit. Fifty years ago, it is said that a single person took control of a bunch of these elven like people and disapeared from those lands, searching for a greater calling. For somewhere that they would settle and call home, a place were they would be excepted for their gifts...

During the mid-age setementary period of the Kisai, the casters began to use their gift and try to evolve and develop it into something more powerful. They created a jutsu called EI. The jutsu was working miracles for whomever it was performed on, but it slowly began to get out of hand. Due to one simple mistake in the genetic coding of the jutsu creation; the population which sized about 80% of the Shutsunen no Kisai clan began to turn against and rebel against the clan leader, Hotsuma no Kisai. Something within the jutsu itself triggered an anger hormone in the body and the Kisai became enraged with such a power it was said to be unknown. They killed and slaughtered all who lived in the village. Over an abundance of years, the Kisai clan was abruptly ended, save for their leader who still stood strong against the Kisai Resistance. Hotsuma single handedly was forced to pose a slight of hand, and permanantly exterminate his own clan. Once the battlefield, which was also his home; was completely destroyed and covered in the corrupted blood of his former friends and family; he fled the village and seeked a new life in Konoha. The Village Hidden in the Leaves. There, he trained furthermore and was given the title of Leader of the ANBU Black Ops. Since then, he has been roaming the Mist village and outskirts of the 5 Nations. Not only hoping to engage in a fight and bring someone down, but to seek companionship to rebuild his once forsaken clan. Except this time, he wouldnt allow them to make a foolish mistake like that again.

Kekkei Genkai//Bloodline of the Clan: Nature Manipulation: The ability to twist clouds into storms, bend trees into walls, and smash mountains into rubble at the cost of a great deal of chakra.

Elemental Manipulation: The ability to control, manipulate, and fuse all elements at will. The combination of these elements will open gateways to new jutsu, techniques and abilities.

Manipulation of handheld properties: The ability to make anything in our possession dematerialize into almost nothing. We would be able to store it away in the gems that are given to the scorcerers of the clan. In order for this ability to come into effect; the object thats being dematerialized must be OWNED by the user. (This means all you little theifs out there are shit outta luck.)

Clan Information:

- Clan Training: Clan ritual is performed to begin the process of transformation into a Kesai. Although this may seem like an opportunity - It may as well be a death calling. The ritual is performed by the leader, Hotsuma; And this will be started by laying the person on the ground on top of a symbol, which is marked with elemental and naturistic etchings. To begin the process the human or vessel will be injected with the same vile that made the clan turn and rebel on Kesai in the first place. Once the genetic code has been inserted into the bloodstream; the user will be put in an excrutaiting amount of pain for a period of time lasting until the end of the trial. The user will begin to experience symptoms of insanity. If the user is successful and reverses the effects of the vile; they will be returned to themselves, and granted the bloodline traits and jutsus of the Shitsunen no Kesai.

- Population: Currently, the only last standing Kesai is Hotsuma; whom is also the natural leader and founder of the clan. The appearance of you, in aspect will not be changed. Four blue gems containing an almost never ending amount of chakra will be given to the member; which will be engraved or socketed into the armor or gear of the scorcerer. If the gem is removed from the gear, or the gear is removed from the owner for an extended amount of time, they will begin to dematerialize and rematerialize in the temples of the channeler; where the prime brain functioning for chakra control begins.

- Nature//Values: The values are primarily good, minus the exception of the fact that in the past the Kisai have been known to be neutral and stay clear of fighting if possible. Although, since war was brought to them by their own demise they sought no other escape but to fight it out.
